This platform is designed to manage workflow names, monitor data, and display related information. Content generation is powered by workflows and API integrations. 1. View Information
In the 「MiniApp Marketing Image Generator」, you can view and manage multiple key information sections, including the member list, 「Workflow Management」, and 「Dashboard」.
2. Workflow Management
On the 「Workflow Management」 page, you can view the basic information of each workflow, including its 「Workflow Name」, 「Workflow Description」, and creation time.
2.1. Version Management
You can view the basic information of different versions, including 「Version Number」, 「Version Notes」, and 「Update Date」.
2.2. Workflow Alias
You can set or modify a 「Workflow Alias」 for each workflow to facilitate identification and management.
3. Dashboard
The 「Dashboard」 provides information monitoring on resource consumption, helping you understand the usage status of the product.
3.1. Monitoring Metrics
Key metrics such as 「Consumption Time」 and 「Consumption Count」 are displayed. You can choose different time dimensions for viewing, including data for the current month, 「Last 7 Days」, 「Last 30 Days」, 「Last Quarter」, and 「Last Year」.
4. Members
On the 「Member List」 page, you can view all current platform members and their related information, as well as invite new members to join.
4.1. Add Members
Click the「Add Member」button, fill in the invitee's name, email, and select their role.
After the invitation is sent, the invitee can click the invitation link to complete login/registration and access the 「MiniApp Marketing Image Generator」.
4.2. Members
All members who have received invitations and successfully joined the platform will be displayed in the 「Members」 list, including their name, role, status, and creation time. You can also modify user roles or freeze permissions.
4.3. Invitations
All invitation information will be displayed in the 「Invitations」 list, where you can view invitation details at any time. Invitations are valid for 7 days.
