You can renew a Smart Access Gateway (SAG) app instance to prevent service interruptions. You can upgrade or downgrade the specification of an SAG app instance. However, the new specification does not immediately take effect. The new specification is in effect only during the renewal period.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the SAG console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Smart Access Gateway App > SAG App Instances.
  3. In the top navigation bar, select the region where the SAG app instance is deployed.
  4. On the Smart Access Gateway App page, find the SAG app instance and choose 更多 > Renewand Modify Configuration in the Actions column.
  5. On the Renew and Change Configuration page, specify the Number of Client Accounts and Subscription Duration, select Smart Access Gateway APP Terms of Service, and then complete the payment.
    Note The number of client accounts must be a multiple of five.
