When you delete a project with its recycle bin enabled, the data is retained instead of being permanently deleted. While the recycle bin feature is free, you continue to incur storage fees for the retained data based on its original storage class.

You are charged for usage on the day you delete a project or logstore, and the corresponding bill is generated the next day. After you receive the bill, check the date to confirm when the charges were incurred. For more information, see bill query.
Note
Log Service has a daily billing cycle. Each day, Log Service calculates charges based on your usage from the previous day, deducts the fees from your account balance, and generates a bill.
