Creates a server group in a specified region.
Operation description
CreateServerGroup is an asynchronous operation. After you send a request, the system returns a request ID. However, the server group of the Network Load Balancer (NLB) instance is not yet created. The system continues to create the server group in the background. You can invoke GetJobStatus to query the creation status of the server group:
If the node status is Succeeded, the server group is created.
If the node status is Processing, the server group is being created. In this state, you can only execute query operations and cannot execute other operations.
