You can create a messaging campaign to send messages in batches to the Chinese mainland. This topic describes how to send messages to the Chinese mainland.



  1. Log on to the SMS console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Go China.
  3. On the Go China page, click the Web Sending tab.
  4. On the Web Sending tab, click Create Campaign.
  5. Specify the parameters as prompted. 08-en
    The following table describes the parameters.
    Parameter Description
    Campaign Name Enter the name of the campaign. The name can be up to 30 characters in length.
    Signature Select a signature for the message.
    SMS Content Select a scenario and description.
    Recipient Number Valid values: Import Template and Enter the mobile numbers of the recipients. Set the parameter based on your needs.
    • Import Template
      1. Download a sample file and enter the mobile phone numbers as required by the sample file.
      2. Click Import Mobile Phone Numbers to import the mobile phone numbers.

      Enter the mobile phone numbers.

    • If your message content contains variables, set Recipient Number to Import Template.
    • If you set Recipient Number to Enter the mobile numbers of the recipients, you can enter a maximum of 100 mobile phone numbers. We recommend that you upload a file to submit a large number of mobile phone numbers.
    Schedule Campaign If you turn on Schedule Campaign, configure the date and time for sending the message.
    Note You can cancel the messaging campaign until 5 minutes before the scheduled time. To cancel the messaging campaign, click Cancel in the Actions column on the Web Sending tab.
  6. If you turn on Schedule Campaign, click Schedule Campaign. Otherwise, click Submit.

What to do next

After a messaging campaign is created, you can click Details in the Actions column on the Web Sending tab to view the message details. On the message details page, you can view the basic information, messaging result, and mobile phone numbers. 09-en
