Before you can use the cloud honeypot feature, you must purchase the feature.
Pricing
You are charged fees based on the number of the probes that you use. The cloud honeypot feature supports the following types of probes:
Virtual private cloud (VPC) probes
VPC probes are installed on VPCs. Only one VPC probe can be installed on each VPC.
Host probes
Host probes can be installed on all hosts. Only one host probe can be installed on each host.
The pricing of VPC probes is the same as the pricing of host probes. You can purchase 20 to 500 probes. If you want to purchase more than 500 probes, you can Contact technical support personnel by submitting a ticket.
Procedure
Log on to the Security Center console. In the top navigation bar, select the region of the asset that you want to manage. You can select China or Outside China.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Cloud Honeypot page, click Buy Now.
With a free or pay-as-you-go instance, you will be redirected to the Quick Purchase page.
With a subscription instance, you will be redirected to the Order Upgrade page.
On the Order Upgrade or Quick Purchase panel, select Yes for Cloud Honeypot and configure Quota for Cloud Honeypot.
Click Order Now and complete the payment.
