Resource Orchestration Service:Create a ROS template

Procedure

1. Log on to the ROS console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Templates > My Templates.

3. On the My Templates page, click Create Template.

4. On the Create Template page, select a creation method.

   • Manual:

     Edit template content in the ROS online template editor.

     Method	Description
     Sample Templates	Start from an Alibaba Cloud sample template and modify as needed.
     Local File	Upload a template file from your local machine.
     File URL	Enter an HTTP or HTTPS URL. For Object Storage Service (OSS) URLs, you must configure CORS for *.console.aliyun.com in the OSS console.
     My Templates	Select an existing template and version to modify or copy.

5. In the lower-left corner of the Create Template page, click Save Template.

6. In the Save as My Template dialog box, enter the Template Name and Template Description, and then select a Resource Group.

   Note

   If you do not specify a resource group, ROS adds the template to the default resource group. Create a resource group.

7. Add a Tags. Create a tag.

8. Click OK.
