If a resource search in Resource Center returns no results, check the possible causes and solutions below.

The RAM user lacks access permissions on the resource. |
Resource Center returns only resources that you have permissions to access. Verify that the RAM user has the required permissions. For information about how to view the permissions of a RAM user, see Manage RAM user information. For information about how to grant permissions to a RAM user, see Manage RAM user permissions. |

The resource is not supported by Resource Center. |
Only certain Alibaba Cloud services and resource types are supported. For unsupported resources, use the corresponding service console. For more information, see Services that work with Resource Center. To request support for a resource type, click Submit Feedback in the Resource Management console. |

The resource has not synced to Resource Center. |
Resource Center takes about 2 minutes to sync new resources. If the resource does not appear, wait and refresh the list. |
|
One or more filter conditions are invalid. |
Review the filter conditions and their logical relationships to ensure they match your intended search. |
|
The resource does not belong to the current account. |
By default, Resource Center shows only resources in the current Alibaba Cloud account. If you have a resource directory, enable cross-account resource search by using the management account or a delegated administrator account of Resource Center to view resources across member accounts. For more information, see Enable cross-account resource search and Manage the delegated administrator account of Resource Center. |

The resource was not created or has been released. Verify that the resource exists. |
