Submit a ticket
If you use a RAM user, you must use an Alibaba Cloud account to attach the AliyunSupportFullAccess policy to the RAM user to submit a ticket. For more information, see Use RAM to manage the permissions of O&M engineers.
Go to the New Ticket page of the ticket system.
Click the icon below More Product And Service Category.
Click Realtime Compute below Base Service.
On the New Ticket page, configure the parameters.
Click Submit.
Join a DingTalk group
Scan the following QR code to join the DingTalk group of Realtime Compute for Apache Flink. You can communicate with other users in the DingTalk group.
