Quick Tracking:Audience Management

The audience management module mainly provides two functions: audience management and audience creation

Audience creation

Overview

You can use one of the following methods to create new audience. The audience can be used as an insight analysis object or as a condition to create another audience.

Method

You can use the following methods to create audience:

Rule creation: You can use a visualized template to select and create audiences. You can use tags, behaviors, attributes, and existing groups of people to create audiences.

Import creation: You can upload existing audience of people by using local files. The uploaded audience will be matched with the existing users, and the matching will be written and generated. You can perform subsequent analysis and select people.

Rule creation

You can use the following four types of conditions to create audience: user tags, people, behaviors, and attributes. You can calculate the intersection, union, or difference between the four conditions (The difference is calculated by subtracting the preceding conditions from the following conditions). Up to 20 custom combination rules are supported.

Private or Global Tags: Tags generated by the 「User Profile-Tag System」 feature can be directly guided to the audience selection. If the selected tags have tag values, you must filter the specified tag values in this step to complete the selection.

Existing audience: the audience that has been generated in the 「User Profile-Audience Management」 section. This can be used as a condition for new audience in combination with other conditions.

User behavior: You can also directly select the behavior data of an application in the organization. For example, you can select users who have clicked to buy.

User Attributes: You can also filter the attributes of a user in the organization, such as members and channel sources.

After screening the required audience conditions, you can use the condition intersection, merge, difference set to complete the audience rules;

Audience Name: Enter a public name.

Calculation method: Provide two calculation methods: daily calculation and one-time calculation. You can select a calculation method based on the update frequency of the audience.

Expose Scope: You can select one of the following three methods: Do Not Make Public, Fully Make Public, and Partially Make Public to determine whether the group needs to be displayed to other people in the organization. You can also use the audience to perform other analysis operations.

Generated audience: After you save the generated audience, you can view the generated audience on the Audience Management page.

Import Creation

You can upload existing audience by using local files. The uploaded audience will be matched with the existing users, and the successful matching will be written and generated. You can perform subsequent analysis and select people.

Follow the instructions to download the audience import template, obtain relevant crowd information from the local, and select the disclosure range and ID type.

The selected ID type affects the subsequent analysis of the audience. We recommend that you select the ID type based on your actual situation.

After saving the audience, you can see the audience in the audience management.

User Audience Management

Overview

In the audience management can see their own creation of the audience and other people open to their own audience.

In this audience list, you can complete the following operations

Audience screening

You can filter audience based on the audience name, creation method, and status. This way, you can quickly find the required audience when a large number of audiences are involved.

Audience Insights

Click Insights to go to the audience insights page. For more information, see audience insights.

Audience Details

Audience Data: provides the creation time, completion status, calculation rules, and historical data of the audience. If the historical data is calculated every day, the daily output data of the population is provided. If the historical data is calculated only once, the manually updated historical data is displayed.

Create Rule: provides details about how to create a rule for the audience. If you want to change the rule, you can edit the audience.

The list of users.

The information about specific users in the audience is completely calculated in the list, including the entity ID, account ID, device ID, and other user and system attributes. Click Export to export the complete user list for other platform operation scenarios, such as sending text messages, pushing, and manual callback.

Audience Update

Click "Update" to complete the manual update of the audience. Note: If you calculate every day, the data under the rule will be calculated once on the day itself. If you only calculate once, you need to update the audience through "Update".

Audience Deletion

If you do not need to use the audience, you can delete the audience by deleting it.
