After purchasing the Quick Tracking product function module, you can log on to the QT console by using your Alibaba Cloud account and go to the Quick Tracking product interface through the QT console. QT console link: https://quicka.console.alibabacloud.com/overview

1. Click Log Return Service or Log Synchronization Service to go to the Log Return page. For more information about how to activate Log Service and how to return logs, see SaaS Data Log Return.
2. The page displays the expiration time of each function module and the number of log reports. For more information about the pricing of different function modules, see Tracking and Analysis Version and Specifications.
3. In the Applications section, click Add Application. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Application> Application List. On the Application List page, create an application. For more information, see Application Management.
4: Account synchronization in the upper-right corner is divided into synchronizing all RAM accounts and synchronizing some RAM accounts. The RAM account synchronization system synchronizes the sub-account information configured in the current RAM account to the background of the Quick Tracking product.
Step 1: Select China (Shanghai) or China (Zhangjiakou) and select Synchronize RAM Account.
If all RAM accounts are synchronized, all RAM accounts under the primary account are synchronized
to synchronize some ram accounts, you can select specific ram accounts for synchronization, as shown in the following figure
After the synchronization is complete, the primary account or a RAM user with administrator permissions can authorize other RAM users to access the system in the background of the management platform.

Step 2. Click "Go to Console" to go to the Quick Tracking Management Console interface.

Step 3. Log on to the Quick Tracking platform by using your primary Alibaba Cloud account. In Account Management and Permission Management, authorize the ram suba-account. You must select "Console_platform acess".

You can create a role to grant role permissions to the corresponding ram account, or grant specific report or kanban permissions and functional permissions to the ram account. For more information, see Permission Management.
FAQ 1: The performance experience has not expired. The management console prompts you that you have not purchased a performance experience; or the QT performance experience interface: You are currently missing access, please purchase the relevant product.
Solution: Performance experience resource package overrun, need to continue to purchase resource package, after recharge
FAQ 2: After you purchase a feature module, there is only one organization
By default, QT is divided into Extreme Edition, Standard Edition Edition, and Expert Edition. The default organization quota for Extreme Edition is one. For more information, see Tracking and Analysis Version and Specifications.
FAQ 3: Can I return data from an SLS instance in China (Shanghai) or China (Zhangjiakou) to an SLS instance in another region?
Solution: Log on to the China (Shanghai) region and Log on to the China (Zhangjiakou) region can be returned only to Log on to the corresponding region. If you want to configure a cross-region synchronization task, you can create a cross-region synchronization task in your own Log on. FAQ 4: Log Service returns no data and generates undefined items
Solution: Quick Tracking Console address: https://quicka.console.alibabacloud.com/overview
Log on to the Quick Tracking Console and disable the log return feature
Go to sls and delete "quickaplus-xxxx-project-undefined" project
Log on to the Quick Tracking Console and enable the log return feature
Report logs. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes. Check SLS to see if new data comes in.
