Billing scheme description
This document is applicable to Alibaba Cloud users who have paid to activate QuickTracking before June 20, 2024.
For users who were activated before June 20, 2024, you can use this billing method or a new billing method to renew the subscription.
For Alibaba Cloud users who are activated on or after June 21, 2025, use the new billing plan.
Deployment requirements
Quick Tracking supports Alibaba Cloud public cloud multi-tenant SAAS, Alibaba Cloud private deployment, and non-Alibaba Cloud private deployment to meet your deployment requirements. How the updated configurations take effect
After the purchase, the system will initialize the configuration and take effect in about 30 minutes. If you still cannot access after 30 minutes, contact customer service.
Product Expiration Description
If you do not renew the subscription within one month after the analysis service expires, the system releases the underlying analysis resources.
Definition of "analysis resource release": analysis resource release means that the historical data in the Quick Tracking product used by the customer is all cleared, and the historical data cannot be retrieved even after subsequent renewal.
