To avoid dirty data entry and ensure data accuracy, you can use the Receipt Approval function to verify data and complete data entry after approval.
Limits
Only Professional Edition supports warehousing approval.
Only the workspace administrator and the owner of the current form support the approval configuration.
Receipt approval
Receipt Approval Configuration
The Receipt Approval option becomes clickable only after the preceding approval process is enabled in the organization. 
On the workbook management page, follow the instructions in the following figure to go to the Receipt Approval page.

You must manually select Enable for Receipt Approval. By default, it is in the Disable state. Approved is Required. Approved is a User Added to the Organization. You can select multiple approvers.

Select the approver and click OK.
Approval and submission
Select a table for which you have configured the warehousing approval configuration, enter the Preview Mode, and then click Submit to trigger the warehousing approval.

Click Submit in the lower part of the page. The Approver dialog box appears. If you have selected multiple approvers when you set the check-in approval, you must select one of the approvers from the drop-down list. Click Submit.

Select an approver, submit the application, and then go to the Submitted for Approval page. Click Continue to Submit to go to the Submit page again. Click View Approval Progress to go to the Receipt Approval page.
Note1. You cannot submit data when a complex table is in the Editing state.
2. Data cannot be submitted when there is no data change in a complex table.
View approval progress
Entry 1: After the data is submitted, click View Approval Progress to go to the Approval Status Details page.

Entry 2: Click
on the workbook list page to go to the Receipt Approval Status page. 
Entry 3: If you submit data that is not added to the workspace, you can view the approval status in Message Center.
NoteIf you have not joined the workspace to submit data, the No Access Permission message appears when you click Submit Now. You must enable the Public Link feature to share the data.
Approval link
This section describes the roles of Filler and Approver.
Submitted by
If the role is a filling person, click Submitted by Me in the approval process to view the status of Being Approved, Rejected, Approved, or Withdrawn.
In the Approval section, you can view the status of the submitted operation, such as the operation type, submission time, and approver. In the Operation List section, you can select View Details or Withdraw.

In the Rejected section, you can view information such as the approval time, comments, and resubmission. After you click Resubmit, you are redirected to the workbook preview page. You can modify and resubmit the workbook based on the rejection comments.

In the Approved section, you can view the approval details such as Operation Type, Submitted At, Approval Result, and Comments.

If you find that the data entry is incorrect or new data exists, and you need to submit the data again, you can withdraw the original submission order. In this case, the record is added to the Withdrawn directory.

Approver
If the role is an approver, click I Approved in the form filling interface to view Pending My Approval and I Approved status.
When the approver is in the My Approved category, you can view the To Be Approved and Approved items. You can select Approve or Reject to go to the Details page of the data to be approved. The Approval Details page includes the following information: Add

In the Approved section, you can view Submitted By, Operation Type, Submission Time, Details, Approval Result, and Approval Note.
