Quick BI:Manage forms list

You can create folders, rename folders, and delete folders to manage forms.

Create Folder

  1. Go to the Forms page.

  2. On the Forms page, create a folder by following the instructions shown in the following figure.

  3. Find the target folder and click the Create Folder icon in the Actions column to create a subfolder.

Rename a folder

  1. Go to the Forms page.

  2. On the Forms page, follow the instructions in the following figure to rename a folder.

Move a folder

  1. Go to the Forms page.

  2. On the Forms page, follow the instructions shown in the following figure to move a folder.

Delete a folder

Important

When you delete a folder, data forms in the folder are deleted simultaneously. Exercise caution when you delete the folder.

  1. Go to the Forms page.

  2. On the Forms page, follow the instructions shown in the following figure to delete a folder.

  3. In the message that appears, click OK.
