Quick BI:Enable the Teams micro-application (Public Cloud)

Quick BI supports integration with Teams, enabling address book synchronization and micro-application features. This topic describes how to configure this integration in Quick BI.

Prerequisites

You have completed Teams application configuration.

Attach Teams in Quick BI

  1. Follow the steps shown in the figure to access the Teams API Authorization page.

  2. Fill in the following configuration items on the Teams API Authorization page.

    Configuration item

    Description

    Tenant ID

    Azure Portal - Select the corresponding application - Overview - Tenant ID.

    Application ID

    Azure Portal - Select the corresponding application - Overview - Application ID.

    Client credential

    Azure Portal - Select the corresponding application - Overview - Client credential.

  3. Click Save to complete the authorization.

What to do next

Add Teams accounts to Quick BI

After you complete the configuration, click Go to to sync Teams members with the Quick BI system.imageYou can also add Teams accounts as organization members in Organization Management > User Management.

Verification

After you complete these steps, the micro-application is attached in Teams. Employees can then log on to Teams to view reports.
