You can design and develop custom agents to meet your specific needs. For example, a telesales quality management team can build an agent to track sales call quality based on visit summary data. This agent evaluates whether each salesperson's visit behavior complies with standards, enabling data-driven and standardized quality control. Before you can use agents, you must configure the Agent management settings. Agent management consists of two parts: the Agent workshop and the Agent. An agent workshop can contain multiple agents. Each agent workshop is based on a single agent development platform. Agent workshops are isolated from each other and cannot be accessed directly. An agent workshop usually corresponds to a workspace on the agent development platform. This topic describes how to manage agents.
This feature is available only in the Hong Kong (China) and Malaysia sites. Support for other sites will be available in a future release.
Limits
Agents are supported only in the Premium and Professional Editions. This feature is not available in the Personal Edition.
