Quick BI offers a mobile client that lets you view reports in the DingTalk app. As an enterprise administrator, you can activate the Quick BI mini program for your teams. After team members attach the mini program, they can view reports on their mobile devices. This topic describes how to activate the mini program and grant DingTalk API authorization.
Prerequisites
You must be a DingTalk enterprise administrator who meets the following conditions:
You have created a team and added at least one member.
You have attached your DingTalk account to the web version of Quick BI.
Limitations
The DingTalk Standard Edition API has a cumulative call limit of 5,000 calls per month due to DingTalk limitations. If this call volume is insufficient, you can upgrade to DingTalk Professional Edition or DingTalk Exclusive Edition to increase the call limit. For more information, see DingTalk PaaS Capability Adjustment Announcement.
Quick BI Professional Edition supports adding up to five authorized enterprises. This is useful for scenarios where a company has multiple independent entities, such as subsidiaries or branches, that need to share access to the same Quick BI instance.
Procedure
On the DingTalk API Authorization page, click Add Authorization. In the Add New Authorization dialog box that appears, complete the enterprise authorization.

Step 1: Activate the Quick BI mini program
Install the Quick BI mini program in the DingTalk mobile app.
Open the DingTalk mobile app and scan the QR code in the Add New Authorization dialog box.
NoteThe opening QR code corresponding to each site of the public cloud and the international station is different, please refer to the QR code provided by each environment.
On the Select Team page, select the team for which you want to activate the Quick BI mini program.
NoteMake sure you are an administrator of this team.
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate the Quick BI mini program.
Step 2: Grant DingTalk API authorization
After you install the mini program, click Next in the Add New Authorization dialog box. The process moves from the Scan to Activate step to the Enter CorpId step. Follow these steps:
Obtain the CorpId of the current DingTalk organization
Log on to the DingTalk Open Platform as an organization administrator and copy the CorpId of the current organization from the home page.
Enter the CorpId
In the CorpId field of the Add New Authorization dialog box, enter the CorpId that you copied and click Verify. The system automatically detects and displays the name of the current organization.
After you confirm that the organization is correct, click Next to authorize the new enterprise.
The DingTalk organization's information is then synced to Quick BI. You can click Go to User Management to go to the Member Management page and sync the organization's members. For more information, see Add DingTalk users.
Step 3: Configure the mini program
Users with editing permissions whose accounts are synced from office software, such as DingTalk or Lark, can create and edit reports in the PC mini program.
By default, the mini program opens in the Workbench. You can change this setting to Redirect to Browser as needed.

This configuration only affects how the mini program opens on PCs.
If the open method is set to Workbench, you can view and edit reports within the DingTalk workbench.
If the open method is set to Redirect to Browser, clicking the mini program opens a browser tab for you to view and edit reports.
What to do next
After you add an enterprise authorization, you can perform other operations, such as detaching authorized enterprises and syncing DingTalk members.
Detach an authorized enterprise
Click the
icon to the right of the target enterprise card. In the dialog box that appears, click Remove Authorization to detach the enterprise.

Sync DingTalk members
Under Add User, you can directly add DingTalk users by selecting the Sync from Office Software option.
