This topic describes how to find a table in a data source and view the fields and
their data types in the table.
Locate a table
If you want to find a table in a data source that has a large number of tables, perform
the following steps:
- Click the Workspace tab. In the left-side navigation pane, click Data Sources.
- On the Data Sources page, click the required data source in the My Data Sources list.
- In the search box in the upper-right corner of the page, enter a keyword and click
the
icon.All tables whose names contain the keyword appear.

View the details of a table
You can check the fields and their data types in a table to determine whether the
table meets your business requirements.
- On the Data Sources page, click the required data source in the My Data Sources list.
- Find the required table and click the
icon in the Actions column.
In the Table Information dialog box, view the fields and their data types.
