The shortest subscription period for Quick BI is one year. You can select a quota for the number of users and a subscription period based on your business requirements. When the subscription is about to expire, the system notifies you to renew the subscription. This topic describes the billing methods of Quick BI.
When you use Quick BI, you are charged based on the number of users and the subscription period that you selected. Each time you use Quick BI to create or view a report, the quota for the number of users is consumed. You can purchase a quota for the number of users based on your business requirements. If you have an overdue payment, the system sends you a notification. You must renew your subscription service at the earliest opportunity to prevent service suspension.
