Quick Audience:User Insight Overview

With the development of Internet technology, enterprises have accumulated consumer assets through various channels. The user insight module of Quick Audience is designed to help enterprises complete multi-dimensional insight analysis of consumers through rich user insight models and convenient policy configuration, and lay a audience foundation for subsequent consumer operations and reach.

Features

The User Insights module provides the following features to help you perform consumer operations.

  • User tag management: You can customize preference tags, loyalty tags, and purchasing power tags based on user behavior data. You can also customize user stage tags based on comprehensive data. You can also manage user attributes, imported tags, and custom tags to obtain the overall coverage of tags and the distribution of the number of people covered by each tag value.

  • User 360: displays user information in a centralized manner and provides a user profile to facilitate easy tagging for you to locate clues and follow up after sales.

  • Marketing model management: generates an AIPL model based on user behavior data and an RFM model based on order details and order summary data.

  • User analysis: supports perspective analysis based on user tags, AIPL user analysis, AIPL flow analysis based on the AIPL model, and RFM analysis based on the RFM model to help enterprises quickly understand the current user status of the enterprise and provide decision support for further operations. You can save feature users as a audience during analysis.

  • audience screening: Quickly screen the target population that meets the specified conditions to provide the basis for subsequent audience reach applications. Supports tag filtering based on user tags, AIPL model filtering based on AIPL model, RFM model filtering based on RFM model, behavior filtering based on user behavior data, and metric filtering based on statistical table data.

    audiences are your strategic consumer data assets. You can use them for planned User Marketing, Automated Marketing.

  • audience analysis and push: further perspective analysis based on the population. You can push people to Data Bank, Damengpan, Alibaba Cloud Kafka, or open-source Kafka . This way, you can integrate online and offline consumer analysis and online access, and improve the efficiency of enterprise brand omni-channel consumer operations.

  • Self-service analysis: This feature is connected to Quick BI Data Visualization Analysis Platform Professional Version. Quick Audience allows you to perform Ad Hoc Analysis on a population. You can select a new group of people in a report to compare the data performance of different groups on the same metric.

  • Analysis dashboard: You can embed reports generated by Quick BI Data Visualization Analysis Platform Professional Version into Quick Audience for display. You can use the reports to visualize and analyze relevant data and help you analyze marketing data.

Process

  1. Data access is performed by administrators. As the object data of user insight, Quick Audience allows you to access data in two ways:

  2. The administrator manages the Marketing Model and Tag System, and grants non-administrators the permissions to use tags and AIPL/AIPL models.
