Quick Audience:Store Operation

1. Overview

In combination with store operation, Lingyang SuperSMS selects the stock users who are resident or work in close proximity to the store for recall or store operation activities, and helps to improve the effective reach rate and audience visit rate of marketing activities.

2. Store operation characteristics

  1. Accurate positioning: Based on the predicted user's resident location information, potential customers close to the store location are screened out. These customers are more likely to respond to the store's marketing activities because of the convenience of geographic location.

  2. Personalized push: Send customized marketing information to these preferred users. The content design will be closer to their needs or interests to improve the attractiveness and effectiveness of the information.

  3. Effect positioning and optimization: through data analysis to locate the effect of marketing activities, such as business circle reach rate, link open rate, store conversion rate, etc., and constantly adjust and optimize the marketing strategy.

4.1 Store Operation Audience Generation

  1. Uploader to [User Insight-Group Management]

  2. [User Insight-Model Hub] Select Store Operation

    Enter the store operation interface, select the target group (the group of people that need to be selected based on the geographical location of the store), enter the store name in the map search box, and add it to the list.

    Set the selected radius, enter the task name, and click the Generate Task button.

    After the task is generated, view the task generation status in the task list. After the task is successfully executed, click Generate Group. The Generate Group dialog box appears.

    In the Generate Group dialog box, enter a group name and select a group. Click "OK" to stay on the current task list page, click "OK and jump" to jump to the crowd management interface

    Enter the audience management interface, the group source is the store selection, you can see the people selected by the store operation function.

4.2 Lingyang SuperSMS Sending

Create an SMS signature

  1. User Marketing-> Lingyang SuperSMS, Signature Management tab Click the New SMS Signature button

  2. Create an SMS signature interface. Fill in the SMS signature and signature source, upload the business license and authorization letter, fill in the application description, and click the submit button. After the submission is completed, you can view the signature review status on the signature management interface.

Create an SMS template

Store operations support sending card text messages and digital text messages. The following describes how to create a card text message template and create a task.

  1. User Marketing-> Lingyang SuperSMS-> SMS Template Select the Card SMS tab and click the New "Card SMS Template" button.

  2. On the Create Card SMS Template page, enter the basic card SMS information and click "Save and Submit for Review".

  3. After the template is created, you can view the template review status on the Card SMS tab.

SuperSMS sending

  1. In the User Marketing-> Lingyang SuperSMS interface, select the SMS Group Sending tab and click the New Sending Task button.

  2. In the Create Sending Task dialog box, enter the task name, select the people generated by the store operation in the 4.1 step, and select the corresponding message type. The SMS type can be digital SMS or card SMS. In this example, card SMS is used. After card SMS is selected, enter the relevant information and click Submit.

  3. After the submission is completed, you can see the group sending status on the "SMS Broadcast" tab.
