Before you collect and report tracking data through Alibaba Cloud Quick Tracking (QT), you must perform the following operations to receive the event data that is reported through Quick Tracking.
For more information about how to collect and report quick tracking data, see Quick Tracking report process.
Step 1: Buy Quick Tracking
To enable smooth event data interoperability, purchase a Quick Tracking that is in the same region as your Quick Audience.
After you log on to Quick Audience, you can learn the region of Quick Audience from the URL displayed in your browser. The endpoint of Quick Audience on the public cloud is:
Zhangjiakou: quicka.aliyun.com
Shanghai: quicka-shanghai.aliyun.com
Shenzhen: quicka-shenzhen.aliyun.com
Quick Tracking is available only in the China (Zhangjiakou) and China (Shanghai) regions. If you use Quick Audience in the China (Shenzhen) region, you cannot use Quick Tracking to report events to Quick Audience.
Step 2: Connect Quick Tracking to Quick Audience
Configure your Quick Audience system info in the Quick Tracking console to connect Quick Tracking with Quick Audience.
You must follow the instructions in the previous step to purchase Quick Tracking in the same region as Quick Audience.
Procedure:
Log on to the Quick Tracking console and navigate to the Management Console > System Integration page, as shown in the following figure.

Turn on Quick Audience Data Interconnection.
Click Edit Configuration and enter the following information.
Item
Example value
Accesskey ID
Enter your Quick Audience organization ID.
To obtain the organization ID of Quick Audience, log on to Quick Audience and go to the Management Center > Organization Management > Organization System Configuration tab. Copy the required organization ID AccessKey ID.
OpenAPI URL
Enter the endpoint of the Quick Audience API.
The public cloud Quick Audience open interface access address is:
Zhangjiakou: quicka.aliyun.com
Shanghai: quicka-shanghai.aliyun.com
Click Save.
Step 3: Configure the Quick Tracking application
A Quick Tracking application is a program that implements data collection and reporting. The application defines the events to be collected and the attributes of the events. It supports three types of applications: apps, websites, and mini programs.
In the Quick Tracking console, configure the application and its related organizations, events, and attributes. For more information, see Collection management overview. A QT organization is equivalent to a QA workspace in which data is isolated between organizations.
Events in Quick Tracking applications include system preset events and custom events.
When you configure custom events, take note of the following items:
If you need to use the reported data in automated marketing, add the external business id attribute to the event. The attribute is encoded as outBizId and the value type is text. If you specify this property when reporting event data, the data can be used for automated marketing.
We recommend that transaction-related events report the order ID as outBizId, and coupon-related events report the coupon ID as outBizId.
Make sure that the event code of the event cannot be the same as that of other events in the workspace that Quick Audience needs to use. Otherwise, the reported event data may not be received by Quick Audience.
For system-out events:
Preset events do not include the External Business ID attribute. Therefore, the data reported by preset events cannot be used for automated marketing.
If you need to use a preset event to report data and use it for automated marketing, you can configure a custom event.
Step 4: Associate the space with the Quick Tracking application
The organization administrator of Quick Audience associates a workspace with the Quick Tracking application. This way, the workspace is authorized to receive the event data reported by the Quick Tracking application.
A Quick Tracking application can grant permissions to multiple spaces at the same time.
Procedure:
Log on to the Quick Audience console . In the left-side navigation pane, click Quick Audience V4.
In the upper-right corner of the page, choose Organizations > QT Event Authorization.
The Quick Tracking application that is authorized for each workspace is displayed. Click Edit in the Actions column corresponding to the workspace. The following pop-up window appears on the right side of the page.

In the pop-up window, select the Quick Tracking application to be authorized. You can select multiple applications.
ImportantSince data isolation is implemented between QT organizations and QA spaces, we recommend that applications under one QT organization be authorized in one QA space, that is, the QT organization and QA space are authorized one-to-one.
If two QT organizations each have an event with the same event encoding and both events are authorized to the same QA space, the QA space will retain the latest received event metadata and the earlier received event metadata will be overwritten. One-to-one authorization between the QT organization and the QA space can avoid the above situation.
Click OK to authorize the selected application to the workspace.
As shown in the following figure, after the application is authorized, the events in the application are automatically synchronized to the event list on the Event Center page of the corresponding workspace. The event source is displayed as Quick Tracking. Before the data is reported, the data access method is displayed as-. After the data is reported, the actual data access method is displayed.
