The digital SMS component sends digital SMS messages through the Alibaba Cloud SMS platform. The SMS content supports text, image, audio, and video. You can send beautiful greeting cards and invitations through SMS.
Regardless of whether the link starts from the behavioral event component or the target audience component, users who enter the digital SMS component will use their QAID to match the mobile phone numbers provided by all data sources.
Alibaba Cloud SMS APIs are configured by the organization administrator. For more information, see Configure Alibaba Cloud SMS API.
To enable automatic marketing to proceed smoothly, digital SMS must use a template that has passed the review. The theme, signature, and content in the template become the theme, signature, and content of the SMS and cannot be modified. For more information, see Create Digital SMS Templates.
You can limit the number of text messages sent to the same user within a certain period of time (excluding the number of text message notifications) and the Do-Not-Disturb period. For more information, see Fatigue Control.
Send digital SMS
To configure a universal filter, perform the following steps:
Click the Digital SMS component and configure it in the panel that appears on the right, as shown in the following figure.

Message template
Select the approved template from the drop-down list. The theme, signature, and content in the template will be used as the sent content. A preview of the specific content is provided on the right.
The supported operator logo will be displayed on the right side of the template name. After selecting the template, move the mouse over the logo and the operator name will be displayed, indicating that it can only be sent to the mobile phone number belonging to the operator.
You can also click New Template from the drop-down list to go to the Digital SMS Templates page.
If you need to test the mobile phone number, click Test Send. In the dialog box that appears, enter the mobile phone number and click OK.
The system will send a test text message, please check it carefully.
Click OK.
