Quick Audience:Trigger Method-Target Audience Component

Last Updated:May 23, 2025

The Target audience component is used as the first component after the Start node to specify the audience that enters the process.

For example, audience A enters the flow and executes it once a month.

Note

The target audience must be created in the user insight module. You can filter the target audience from the data table, RFM model, or AIPL model. You can also upload the audience ID list as audience. For more information, see Audience Management.

To configure a universal filter, perform the following steps:

  1. The Target audience component has been added to the process as the first component after the Start node. Click the Target audience component and configure it in the panel that appears on the right, as shown in the following figure. 1

  2. Select the target audience. You can select multiple audiences. A maximum of 20 audiences can be selected.

  3. The execution mode. You can specify the following options:

    • Execute Now

    • Scheduled one-time execution

As shown in the following figure, you need to set the execution time. 2

    • recurring execution

      Note

If you set this parameter to Recurring, the activity is a recurring activity. You can manage this activity differently from non-recurring activities. For more information, see Manage Automatic Marketing Campaigns.

As shown in the following figure, select whether to allow multiple cycles to be repeated when the same audience is not updated.

      • Not allowed: From the second cycle execution, before each execution, it is determined whether the target audience has been updated since the last execution. If the audience has not been updated, the current cycle is not executed. If there are multiple audiences, multiple audiences need to be updated before this cycle can be executed.

      • Allow: Does not determine whether the audience has been updated.

Set the cycle time. The cycle time can be calculated by hour, day, week, or month, and the number of execution times can be limited. After setting, please confirm with the first two execution times shown below.
