Quick Audience:User 360

Last Updated:May 22, 2025

The user 360 displays user information in a centralized manner, takes user profiles, and provides a convenient tagging feature for you to locate clues and follow up after sales.

The current user profile includes all users in the imported User Tag Table. After ID Mapping identification, the information of the same user in the table from different channels is collected in a centralized manner.

The information type is mainly based on User Attribute, identity information (user ID and source channel), and other tags in the imported user tag table. The user attributes focus on basic information such as user name, gender, age, and city, as well as member information. All information except identity information can be directly modified in user profiles. You can add tags to user profiles.
