After you filter an audience group based on specific business rules, you can use group analysis to gain insight into the characteristic distribution of the group. This helps you make more informed marketing decisions, such as choosing the right channels and arranging content.

Group analysis includes the following types:

  • Group Pivot Analysis: Analyzes the tag distribution of a group. You can compare tag metrics against all records in the data table or against a specified group.

  • Group RFM Analysis: Analyzes the RFM metrics of a group to evaluate the purchasing power of its members.
