Quick Audience:Overview of Group Analysis

After you filter a group based on specific business rules, you can further analyze the group. The crowd analysis function can gain insight into the characteristic distribution of the current crowd, and then make more accurate judgments in subsequent marketing decisions (marketing channels, marketing content arrangement, etc.).

Types of population analysis include:

  • Group Pivot Analysis: This section analyzes the information about the tags of the current group and obtains the value distribution of the tags. You can compare the information about the tags with all the groups in the table where the group resides or a specified group.

  • Group RFM Analysis: analyzes the RFM metrics of the current population and provides insight into the purchasing power of the population.
