Alibaba Cloud enforces default quotas on cloud resources and API operations for each account. This topic describes the quotas and limits of PrivateLink.
Quotas
Quotas are allocated on a per-account or per-region basis and fall into the following categories:
General quotas: the maximum number of cloud resources that an Alibaba Cloud account can use.
API rate quotas: the maximum number of API calls per second that an Alibaba Cloud account can make, also known as QPS limits.
Privileges: rights granted by Alibaba Cloud that allow an account to use specific features.
PrivateLink is subject to general quotas, API rate quotas, and privileges. You can request quota increases for some quotas. To view quotas or request a quota increase, go to Quota Center or VPC console. For more information, see Manage PrivateLink quotas.

Privileges
Privileges are rights granted by Alibaba Cloud. The default value of a privilege is 0, which means the corresponding feature is unavailable by default. Get the privilege from Alibaba Cloud before using the feature.
