Resource plans

Resource plans are subscription packages. Pay a one-time fee based on estimated usage. Each plan is valid for one year from purchase. During validity, consumed service points are deducted from the plan first. Unused quota expires at end of validity period.

For multiple plans of the same service point type, the plan expiring soonest is used first. Plans with the same expiration date are selected randomly for deduction.

Pricing advantages of subscription

Resource plans are valid for one year, whereas pay-as-you-go tiered pricing is calculated on a monthly basis.

Pay-as-you-go billing uses tiered pricing to calculate the final cost, whereas subscription offers a flat-rate discount. For example, if you use 20 million foundation model service points in a month, the pay-as-you-go cost is USD 12,734, but the subscription cost is USD 10,000.
Pay-as-you-go
After you activate the Multimedia Analysis service, the pay-as-you-go billing method is used by default. With pay-as-you-go, you are billed for the actual number of service points that you consume, and there is no upper usage limit. Billing is based on a monthly tiered pricing model. When your usage of service points reaches a new tier, the unit price for that tier is applied. Bills are generated on the first day of the following calendar month.
