Causes
You do not have the permissions to perform the operation.
The bucket that you want to access has overdue payments. You cannot continue to access the bucket. For more information, see Overdue payments.
Examples
When you initiated a PutObject request, you specified the object tags by using the x-oss-tagging header. The RAM user or the RAM role that executed the request does not have the required permissions, including the oss:PutObject and oss:PutObjectTagging permissions.
