To ensure that you continue reducing costs, we recommend that you renew resource plans that have not yet expired. If you do not renew the resource plans upon expiration, you are charged based on the pay-as-you-go billing method. You can also purchase the resource plans after they expire to continue reducing costs.
Prerequisites
A resource plan is not expired.
You can renew the following types of resource plans: Standard (LRS) storage plan, IA (LRS) storage plan, outbound traffic plan, and DDoS protection basic plan.
Usage notes
To allow a RAM user to renew your resource plans, you must attach the AliyunBSSOrderAccess policy to the RAM user. This way, the RAM user can view, pay for, and cancel orders in the Billing Management console. Manual renewal
To continue using a resource plan that is about to expire to offset specific fees, you can use one of the following methods to manually renew it:
Method 1: Use the OSS console
Log on to the OSS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
On the Resource Plans page, click Renew in the Actions column of the resource plan that you want to renew.
On the Renew page, select a subscription duration for the resource plan in the Validity Period section. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
Method 2: Use the Billing Management console
Log on to the Billing Management console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Renewal.
On the Manual tab of the Renewal page, perform the following steps to renew one or more resource plans:
To manually renew a resource plan, click Renew in the Actions column of the resource plan. On the page that appears, select a subscription duration for the resource plan in the Subscription Duration section. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
To manually renew multiple resource plans, select multiple resource plans and click Batch Renew in the lower part of the page. On the Batch Renew page, select a subscription duration for the resource plans in the Duration column based on your business requirements. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
NoteYou can manually renew multiple resource plans of only one service at a time. You cannot manually renew multiple resource plans of different services at a time.
