View the details of an O&M item in the Operation Center console.
Procedure
Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Operation Center.
Click the O&M Item tab.
Find the O&M item that you want to view and click View Details in the Actions column.
The details page displays the following information:
Name — The title of the item.
Status — Valid values: To Be Processed, In Progress, and Resolved.
Category — Valid values: Availability, Cost, Performance, Resilience, and Security.
Source — The source of the item.
Severity — Valid values: Low, Medium, High, and Critical.
Created Time — The time when the item was created.
Description — The details of the item.
Updated Time — The time when the item was last updated.
Resources — The resources that are affected by the item.
