This topic describes how to view the details of an O&M item in Operation Center of the CloudOps Orchestration Service (OOS) console.
Procedure
Log on to the CloudOps Orchestration Service and click Operation Center in the left-side navigation pane.
Click the O&M Items tab.
Find the O&M item that you want to view and click View details in the Operation column.
On the details page of the O&M item, view the following information:
O & M Item Name: the name of the O&M item.
Status: the state of the O&M item. Valid values: Pending, In processing, and Resolved.
Category: the category to which the O&M item belongs. Valid values: Availability, Cost, Performance, Backup recovery, and Safety.
Source: the source of the O&M item.
Severity: the severity of the O&M item. Valid values: Low, Medium, High, and Serious.
Creation time: the time when the O&M item was created.
Description: the description of the O&M item.
Update time: the time when the O&M item was updated.
Resources: the resources that are affected by the O&M item.
