This topic describes the statuses of Apsara File Storage NAS resources. These resources include file systems, mount targets, snapshots, and tasks of lifecycle management policies.
States of file systems
The following table lists the states of file systems.
State | Description |
---|---|
Pending | Indicates that an operation on a file system is in progress. Operations include creating, starting, stopping, and deleting file systems. For Extreme NAS file systems, operations include scaling up and resetting snapshots. |
Running | Indicates that a file system is available. Only file systems in the Running state can be mounted. |
Stopped | Indicates that a file system is unavailable. |
States of mount targets
The following table describes the states of mount targets.
State | Description |
---|---|
Pending | Indicates that the creation of a mount target is in progress. |
Active | Indicates that a mount target is available. Only file systems whose mount targets are in the Active state can be mounted. |
Inactive | Indicates that a mount target is unavailable. |
States of snapshots
The following table describes the states of snapshots.
State | Description |
---|---|
CREATING | Indicates that the creation of a snapshot is in progress. |
CREATED | Indicates that a snapshot is created. |
RESETING | Indicates that a rollback to a snapshot is in progress. |
FAILED | Indicates that a snapshot failed to be created. |
States of tasks that you specify in lifecycle management polices
The following table lists the states of tasks that you specify in lifecycle management policies.
State | Description |

Active | Indicates that a task is in progress. |
Paused | Indicates that a task is stopped. |
Completed | Indicate that a task is completed. |
Failed | Indicates that a task failed. |
Canceled | Indicates that a task is canceled. |
