Mobile Platform as a Service:Publish a Mini Program package

Last Updated:Jun 03, 2026

Create a release task for a Mini Program package and roll it out to all users or a targeted subset.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

  • A Mini Program package uploaded and ready to release

  • Access to the mPaaS console

Publish a package

  1. In the mPaaS console, choose Mini Program > Mini Program Release from the navigation pane.

  2. On the Official Mini Program Package Management page, select the package to publish, then click Create Release.

  3. On the New Release page, configure the following settings:

    • Release Type: Select Phased or Full.

      • Phased: Roll out the package to a subset of users first. Use this option to validate stability and collect feedback before a full rollout.

      • Full: Make the package available to all users immediately.

    • Release Model: Select Whitelist or Time Window. This setting applies only when Release Type is set to Phased.

      • Whitelist: Select a whitelist from the Whitelist Configuration section.

        Note

If a selected whitelist contains more than 100,000 users, only the first 100,000 users are included.

      • Time Window: Specify the End Time and Number of Phased Release Users.

    • Release Description: Enter a description for the release task.

    • Advanced Rules (optional): Add one or more rules to target users by device or location.
