This topic describes the pricing for mPaaS services that use the prepaid billing method. This billing method is available in two modes: Resource Package and Annual/Monthly Subscription.
For mobile App development, you can click Purchase Resource Package and Purchase Mini Program Package to select a product type and quantity. You can also click Mobile Security Armor to purchase related products.
Resource Package
You can purchase prepaid Resource Package for individual components and features. Billing for features such as Version Upgrade Package, H5 Offline Package, Mobile Sync Service, Message Push Service, Basic Analysis, Custom Analysis and Performance Analysis is based on the number of monthly deduplicated active devices. Billing for features such as Mobile Gateway Service is based on the number of calls.
For Resource Package billed by monthly active devices, the system automatically calculates the total number of monthly deduplicated active devices for all Apps under your account. The capacity of a resource package is the total number of devices available for one year. To select the right package, multiply the number of monthly active devices by the number of months of use and purchase a package with the corresponding quantity. If you exceed the resource package quota, you are charged USD 0.03 per device on a postpaid basis.

Annual/Monthly Subscription
Mini Program Packages combine multiple components and features and are available in Standard and Finance editions. These packages offer comprehensive and cost-effective services. If your usage exceeds the package quota, postpaid billing applies. If your mobile App has fewer than 1,000,000 monthly active users (MAUs), you can customize the number of MAUs. The billing is calculated as follows:
