This topic describes the refund rules that are supported by Message Queue for MQTT and related instructions.

Message Queue for MQTT supports different refund rules for subscription instances and pay-as-you-go instances.
  • Subscription instances

    You make a prepayment when you purchase a subscription instance of Message Queue for MQTT. If you no longer need to use the subscription instance, you can submit a request to unsubscribe from the subscription instance and claim a refund.

    You can submit a ticket. We recommend that you select Financial Support.

  • Pay-as-you-go instances

    Pay-as-you-go instances are billed based on the actual usage of resources. Therefore, no refund is involved.

    If you no longer need to use a pay-as-you-go instance of Message Queue for MQTT, you can release the instance at any time based on your business requirements.
