Application requirements
Only Enterprise Platinum Edition instances are eligible for full refunds when the
following requirements are met:
- You have not deployed any applications after you purchase a Message Queue for Apache RocketMQ Enterprise Platinum Edition instance.
- You have not upgraded the Message Queue for Apache RocketMQ Enterprise Platinum Edition instance after you purchase it.
