1 Product delisting rules
1) From the day when Alibaba Cloud Marketplace notified users that the product is about to be delisted, to the period when the product is officially delisted (within 90 days), the vendor must continue to provide customers with the same quality of service.
2) Vendor needs to inform Alibaba Cloud Marketplace at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the delisting cycle, and confirm the product delisting date(product delisting time & product delisting time) with Marketplace.
3)Vendor needs to provide the delisting product codes.
4)If the original product is delisted due to product update, please inform the corresponding new product codes.
5)Vendor needs to draw up a customer notification email and provide a reasonable placement plan for retaining customers in the email.
6)After receiving the vendor product delisting notification email, Alibaba Cloud will notify each remaining customer at least 90 days in advance, a total of 3 times, by email and in-site letter.
7) After receiving the vendor product delisting notification email, Alibaba Cloud hides the delisted product from the website page to prevent new users from browsing and purchasing.
