Live stream recording costs include a monthly service fee, a container format conversion fee, and a recorded video processing fee.
Billing components
Live stream recording costs consist of three components:

Monthly recording service fee: Charged based on the peak concurrent recorded streams in the month.

Container format conversion fee: Live streams are recorded as TS files by default. To record in MP4 or FLV, a conversion fee applies based on the recording duration. This fee is charged in ApsaraVideo Live.

Recorded video processing fee: Applies only to Record to VOD. Merging or transcoding recorded videos incurs a processing fee in ApsaraVideo VOD. Billing of video editing and Billing of video transcoding.

Billing example
Assume you used the recording service in the Singapore region on two days in June. On June 9, you recorded one live stream in MP4 format for 300 minutes. On June 13, you recorded one live stream in both MP4 and FLV formats for 600 minutes.
In the Singapore region, the monthly recording service fee is 4.5 USD per stream per month, and the container format conversion fee is 0.0025 USD per minute.
Fees:

Container format conversion fee for June 9: 300 minutes × 0.0025 USD per minute = 0.75 USD.
The bill is generated at 00:00 on June 10, and the fee is automatically deducted from your account.
