AI Coding Assistant Lingma:Renewal

Last Updated:Oct 31, 2025

When your order for the Lingma Enterprise Edition service is about to expire, you must renew it to ensure that developers in your organization can continue to use Lingma. You can monitor the expiration date of your organization's Lingma service in the console. This topic describes the renewal methods for Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition.

Prerequisites

  • You have purchased one of the following editions with your Alibaba Cloud account:

  • You must log on with the Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization or a Resource Access Management (RAM) user that is granted the AliyunRDCFullAccess access policy. This account can upgrade or downgrade the organization's instances.

  • You can renew an unexpired order or enable auto-renewal for it. If an order has expired, you can still renew it or enable auto-renewal if before the instance is released. Instances are released 15 days after expiration.

Note

For uninterrupted service, enable auto-renewal. For more information, see Renew expiring resources-Auto-renewal.

Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition renewal

You can renew the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition service for your organization in two ways.

Method 1: Renew from the instance details page

The organization's Alibaba Cloud account and its authorized RAM users:

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console and go to the Apsara Devops console.

  2. In the navigation pane, click Instance Management and find the organization that you want to renew in the Dedicated Edition section.

  3. Click the organization name to go to the organization details page.

  4. On the Lingma service card, click Renew to go to the renewal page.

Method 2: Renew from the renewal management page in the Alibaba Cloud Management Console

Log on as the Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization or an authorized RAM user.

  1. Log on to the Expenses and Costs console, and in the navigation pane, click Renewal Management.

  2. Find the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition order that you want to renew and click Renew in the Actions column.

Auto-renewal

If you want to enable auto-renewal, configure it at least nine days before your order expires. By default, auto-renewal starts nine days before the expiration date. If an attempt fails, it retries the next day. This process continues until the renewal is successful, or until one day before expiration. You can set the execution time in Renewal Management.

For more information about renewal operations, such as enabling or canceling auto-renewal, see Renew expiring resources.
