You can renew your Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition instances either manually or automatically. This document explains the process for both methods.
Background
You can renew an unexpired order or enable auto-renewal. If an order has expired, you have a 15-day grace period to renew it or enable auto-renewal before the instance is released. We recommend enabling auto-renewal to prevent service disruptions from an expired subscription.
Prerequisites
You have purchased the following edition with your Alibaba Cloud account:
Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition.
You must log on with the Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization or a Resource Access Management (RAM) user that is granted the AliyunRDCFullAccess access policy. This account can upgrade or downgrade the organization's instances.
Manual renewal
Renew in the Alibaba Cloud DevOps console
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console and go to the Alibaba Cloud Devops console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose , and find the organization.
Click the organization name to go to the organization details page.
On the Lingma service card, click Renew License to go to the renewal page.
Renew in the Expenses and Costs console
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console and go to the Expenses and Costs console. In the navigation pane on the left, click Renewal.
Find the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition order and click Renew in the Actions column.
Auto-renewal
To enable auto-renewal, configure it at least nine days before your order expires. By default, auto-renewal starts nine days before the expiration date. If an attempt fails, it retries the next day. This process continues until the renewal is successful, or until one day before expiration. You can set the execution time on the Renewal page in the Expenses and Costs console.
