Administrators are advised to renew their subscription before it expires, or enable auto-renewal, to avoid any disruption to their business. This document describes the impact of subscription expiration for Enterprise Dedicated Edition.
Expiration impact
Upon the expiration of the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition order, if there are no other valid service orders, the enterprise instance will be released 15 days after the order expires. Once an instance is released, the data cannot be recovered. Please ensure timely renewal to avoid any disruption to your business.
After the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition service order expires:

Access: Developers within the enterprise will no longer be able to use Lingma with their dedicated edition user credentials.

Instance Shutdown: The enterprise instance will be shut down, making the site management and Lingma management console inaccessible.

Data Retention: The enterprise instance will be retained for 15 days. During this period, user management information and developer authorization details within the organization will remain unaffected.

Renewal or New Purchase: In the 15-day data retention period, you can either renew the existing order or buy new licenses after expiration for the Alibaba Cloud account associated with the enterprise.

If there are no other active orders, the enterprise instance will be permanently released 15 days after expiration, and any data stored in the instance will be irretrievably lost.
Authorized developers will be able to use Lingma after the Alibaba Cloud account associated once the enterprise completes the order renewal or create a new service.
