You can upgrade or downgrade your Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition subscription by increasing or decreasing the number of licenses. If your organization does not have enough licenses, you must upgrade your subscription to ensure that all developers can use the service. This topic describes how to upgrade or downgrade the LingmaEnterprise Dedicated Edition.
Prerequisites
You have purchased one of the following using an Alibaba Cloud account:
Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition. For more information, see Enterprise Dedicated Edition Quick Start.
You are logged on with the Alibaba Cloud account of your enterprise or an authorized RAM user. The RAM user must have the AliyunRDCFullAccess access policy.
You can upgrade Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition service orders before they expire.
Upgrade the Enterprise Dedicated Edition
Upgrading the Enterprise Dedicated Edition of Lingma means purchasing additional licenses. You can purchase additional licenses while the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition service is in use in your enterprise.
These steps apply to your enterprise's Alibaba Cloud account and its authorized RAM users:
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console, and then go to the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Devops console.
In the navigation pane on the left, click Instance Management. In the Enterprise Dedicated Edition organization list, find and click the organization for which you want to purchase more licenses.
To upgrade the service, click Purchase More Licenses on the Lingma service card.
Downgrade the Enterprise Dedicated Edition
Downgrading the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition allows your enterprise's Alibaba Cloud account to reduce the number of licenses (unsubscribe) while the service is in use. Perform the following steps to downgrade:
Obtain the order instance ID. Go to the My Orders page and find the purchase record for the Lingma Enterprise Dedicated Edition that you want to downgrade. Copy the Instance ID of the target order.
Replace `InstanceID` in the following downgrade URL with the instance ID that you copied. Open the URL and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the downgrade.

A downgrade cannot be processed if the resulting number of licenses is less than the number of currently authorized licenses. To proceed, go to Enterprise Management Backend > License Management to cancel some authorizations. Alternatively, change the number of licenses for the downgrade, and then try again.
