:Error code 500 when accessing the EDAS console

Problem description

An error code 500 is returned when you access the EDAS console.

New solution

1. Run a logon test on different clients to check whether the test is related to the local network environment.
2. Check if there is any special network on the local machine, for example, proxy or VPN.
