Quota management includes viewing quotas and usage, requesting quota increases, and setting quota usage alerts. This topic describes how to request quota increases and create quota templates for Internet Shared Bandwidth.
Background
Alibaba Cloud Quota Center is a centralized service for managing quotas for Alibaba Cloud services. Quota Center integrates with multiple Alibaba Cloud services, including Internet Shared Bandwidth. If you use multiple Alibaba Cloud services and want to manage all service quotas from a single console, use Quota Center.
In addition to Quota Center, the VPC console also lets you manage quotas. If you do not need to manage quotas for multiple cloud services centrally, you can manage them directly on the Quota Management page in the VPC console.
Prerequisites
By default, only the Alibaba Cloud account is authorized to manage quotas in Quota Center. If you want to allow Resource Access Management (RAM) users to manage quotas, you must first grant the RAM user the AliyunQuotasFullAccess permission. For more information, see Authorize a RAM user.

Create quota templates
After you create a quota template, the quota template is enabled by default. If the management account adds a member to the resource directory, the quota template automatically submits a quota increase request for the member. The quotas for existing members remain unchanged. You can use a quota template to apply for increases on multiple quotas at a time. This automated approach can improve the efficiency of quota management across your organization.
Before you create a quota template, log in with an enterprise management account, enable a resource directory, and enable the quota template feature.
Log on to the Quota Center console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Quota Templates. On the Quota Templates page, click Enable Quota Template.
