This topic introduces the comprehensive report system of the CIAM platform, including the procedure to view user data reports in the overview and report analysis through the console, the types of user data that can be viewed, and related statistical chart features.
Overview
CIAM provides a comprehensive report system that visualizes different types of user data, helping you better understand user preferences and dynamics, and conduct user behavior analysis more effectively.
View user data reports in the overview through the console
Procedure: Log on to the CIAM management platform with an administrator account that has report viewing permissions. Click Overview to view the relevant user data.
Number of users: You can view the total number of your users.
New registrations: You can view the number of users registered today and the number of registered users in the last 3/7 days.
New active count: You can view the number of active users today and the number of active users in the last 3/7 days.
Access level: You can view the daily active users and new users within a year.
Daily active users: Statistics on the number of users who have logged on each day. New users: Statistics on the number of newly registered users each day.
Monthly active users: Statistics on the number of users who have logged on in each calendar month.
Visits: You can filter user access volume within a specific period through date selection. Date filtering supports today, yesterday, and specified dates to understand user access changes within a certain time range.
Registration log: You can view logs related to registration here.
Logon log: You can view logs related to logon here.
View user data reports in report analysis through the console
Procedure: Log on to the CIAM management platform with an administrator account that has report viewing permissions. You can view rich user data statistical charts in .
Application visits: You can filter the average access volume of users at each moment during a specific period through application and date filtering. Date selection supports daily selection and date span selection, with the date span not exceeding 30 days. This helps understand when concentrated access occurs and when access density is lower during the selected time period.
You can select the application you want to view or all applications in Select application.
You can select the access time period you want to view in Access Period. Note: The date span cannot exceed 30 days.
User visits: You can filter the daily user access volume within a specific period through application and date filtering. Date selection supports the last seven days and the last month. This helps understand the changes in user access to a specific/all application(s) within this time range.
You can select the application you want to view or all applications in Source Channel.
You can select the date range you want to view in the Last Seven Days/Last Month tab.
The legend below will identify which color line represents access volume and registration volume respectively.
Access geographic distribution: You can filter the geographic distribution of user access sources through date filtering. Date selection supports daily selection and date span selection, with the date span not exceeding 30 days. You can select today or the last week. The size of the dots in the distribution map helps understand different access situations across the country. The larger the dot, the higher the access frequency.
You can select the date range you want to view in the date selector. You can choose today or the last week.
Registration source: The registration source report clearly shows the proportion of users registering applications through different methods. You can understand which channels users register through more frequently and which channels are used the least. This enhances your ability to analyze users and focus operational resources accordingly. By moving your mouse to different registration source areas, you can see the percentage of that registration source.
Authentication method: The authentication method report clearly shows the proportion of users logging on to the platform through different authentication sources. You can understand the most commonly used authentication methods by users. This clarifies which platforms have the highest user access conversion and helps understand user access habits. By moving your mouse to different authentication areas, you can see the percentage of that authentication method.
Use equipment: The logon channel report clearly shows the proportion of users logging on to the platform through different devices.
