According to the Guangdong provincial authority, domain names with different prefixes (for example,example.com and aliyundoc.com are domain names with different prefixes) must be filed as different websites. If one ICP filing entity has multiple domain names (including filed domain names and the domain names to be filed), such an entity needs to provide the website construction proposal.
If the ICP filing entity is an individual or an enterprise, the following table lists
the scenarios which need the website construction proposal:

Information to be included in the website construction proposal
There is no specific template for the website construction proposal. You can create
one based on your own website plans, but it must contain the following information:
- Website content and column introduction (with design illustrations).
- Personnel and funding arrangements (including personnel qualification, competency,
and background).
Note If the website is run by an individual, you need to specify whether the individual is full-time or part-time, individual time allocation, personal policy knowledge, and technical competencies.
- Content management system
- Network deployment scheme (including what technologies are used and where the website is deployed).
- Technical measures for network information security.
- Contingency plans.
