Global Accelerator (GA) only supports the subscription billing method. We recommend that you renew your instance at the earliest opportunity to avoid service issues when the instance expires.

GA instance A subscription GA instance can be in one of the following states depending on the payment status of the instance:
  • Normal: After you purchase a GA instance, the instance remains in the Normal state until it expires. A GA instance in this state provides regular acceleration services.
  • FinancialLocked: After a GA instance expires, the instance will be locked for seven days. You cannot manage locked instances, but the configurations of locked instances are retained. If the instance is not renewed within seven days after expiration or the renewal fails, the instance is released. After the instance is released, the related configurations and data will be permanently deleted.
You can renew the instance within the subscription period or within seven days after the subscription expires.
Basic bandwidth plan A subscription basic bandwidth plan can be in one of the following states depending on the payment status of the basic bandwidth plan:
  • Normal: After you purchase a basic bandwidth plan, the bandwidth plan remains in the Normal state until it expires. A basic bandwidth plan in this state provides regular acceleration services.
  • FinancialLocked: After a basic bandwidth plan expires, the bandwidth plan will be locked for seven days. You cannot manage the basic bandwidth plans that are locked, but the related configurations are retained. If the basic bandwidth plan is not renewed within seven days after expiration or the renewal fails, the plan is released. After the basic bandwidth plan is released, the related configurations and data will be permanently deleted.
Cross-border bandwidth plan A subscription cross-border bandwidth plan can be in one of the following states depending on the payment status of the cross-border bandwidth plan:
  • Normal: After you purchase a cross-border bandwidth plan, the bandwidth plan remains in the Normal state until it expires. A cross-border bandwidth plan in this state provides regular acceleration services.
  • FinancialLocked: After a cross-border bandwidth plan expires, the bandwidth plan will be locked for seven days. You cannot manage the cross-border bandwidth plans that are locked, but the related configurations are retained. If the cross-border bandwidth plan is not renewed within seven days after expiration or the renewal fails, the plan is released. After the cross-border bandwidth plan is released, the related configurations and data will be permanently deleted.
