Global Accelerator:DeleteCustomRoutingEndpointTrafficPolicies

Last Updated:Apr 28, 2024

Deletes traffic destinations from an endpoint.

Operation description

  • DeleteCustomRoutingEndpointTrafficPolicies is an asynchronous operation. After you send a request, the system returns a request ID and runs the task in the background. You can call the DescribeCustomRoutingEndpointGroup operation to query the status of an endpoint group to check whether the traffic destinations are deleted.

    • If the endpoint group is in the updating state, the traffic destinations are being deleted. In this case, you can perform only query operations.
    • If the endpoint group is in the active state and the traffic destinations that you want to delete cannot be queried by calling the DescribeCustomRoutingEndPointTrafficPolicy operation, the traffic destinations are deleted.
  • The DeleteCustomRoutingEndpointTrafficPolicies operation cannot be repeatedly called for the same Global Accelerator (GA) instance within a specific period of time.
