Function Compute does not support QPS-based throttling. You need to use API Gateway or Web Application Firewall (WAF) for such purpose. If you do not want to use API Gateway or WAF, you can use lightweight servers or Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instances to deploy software that supports QPS-based throttling, such as 1panel.
