The decision engine allows you to store lists and convert the lists as variables. The decision engine supports the following common list types in risk control policies: whitelists, graylists, blacklists, and VIP lists. You can configure and manage lists based on your business requirements and use lists in risk control policies. This topic describes how to manage custom lists.
Create a list
In the left-side navigation pane, click Variable Center. On the page that appears, choose Variable Management > Lists. Then, click Create List. Configure the following parameters.
List Name: the name of the list. The name must be unique and can be used in risk control policies.
List Type: the description of the list format. A forcible check is not performed.
List Description: the description of the list.
Import Method: the method to upload the list. Valid values: Enter in Test Box, Import by Uploading, and Upload Later. If you select Import by Uploading, only CSV files are supported.

Manage a list
On the Lists page, you can create, delete, modify, and download a list.

Use a list
If you want to use a list in a risk control policy, select the list as the right object in the Policy Rules section.
For example, if you want to check whether an account is in the created blocklist of accounts, select accountId under Fields from Event as the left object, select In the list as an operator, and then select the created blocklist as the right object.
