Enterprise Distributed Application Service (EDAS) Agent periodically reports heartbeat data to the EDAS console. If EDAS Agent stops reporting data for a while, the EDAS console determines that the instance is in unknown state. This problem usually occurs when EDAS Agent stops reporting heartbeat data.
